Data practices
Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handled by the independent Infrared Material Guide website.
Site identity
Infrared Material Guide is an independent information and review guide. It is not Hologenix, LLC, CELLIANT, an official CELLIANT United States site, or an authorized agent, distributor, or reseller. Information submitted here is not sent through an official CELLIANT support, licensing, sales, regulatory, or medical channel.
Information you provide
The inquiry form may collect name, business email, telephone, organization, target market, and a free-text description of a material-evidence question. Please provide only information needed to understand the carrier, embedded or print route, textile construction, application, test method, and proposed wording. Do not provide patient records, diagnoses, health identifiers, confidential formulas, trade secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, or information you are not authorized to share.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, referral source, approximate region, timestamps, and security events. This information may be used to deliver pages, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, understand aggregate usage, and protect the service. We do not use a material inquiry to infer a medical condition.
Use, retention, and disclosure
Submitted information may be used to respond, maintain correspondence, improve explanatory content, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process data for hosting, security, form delivery, or support under appropriate instructions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not claim that submitting a form creates a confidential, professional, official-brand, distributor, or buyer-seller relationship.
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for these purposes, security, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type. When information is no longer needed, reasonable deletion or de-identification measures may be used.
Your choices and international use
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the contact page. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by law. Because online services and providers may operate across borders, information can be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection rules. Do not submit the form if that processing is inappropriate for your circumstances.
External links and updates
Links to celliant.com, research papers, or other third-party resources lead to services with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices. This policy may be updated as the site, providers, or law change. The revised version applies when posted.
